Non-refundable Application Fee: $25 USD

Early Bird Conference Fee (until May 15, 2026): $800 USD

After May 15, 2026: $900 USD

Note: Total conference fee is due in full at the time of acceptance

Waitlisted attendees before May 15 receive the early bird rate if and when accepted

Refunds:

Full refund up until May 15, 2026

50% refund up until August 15, 2026

After August 15, no refunds given unless a replacement is found and then a 50% refund will be given provided the conference program has not been printed.

Full refunds will be given should the conference be cancelled at any time due to COVID or any other national disaster.
