Conference Fees:

Early Bird (until April 15, 2019): $650

After April 15: $750

Spouse/Guest: $600

Discount for past TC Attendees: $100

All conference fees due in full by July 1, 2019

Deposit due within two weeks after acceptance to hold your spot.

Accommodations: Four Seasons Resort

$275 CAD/ per night, single; or room with two twins ($335), excluding 16% tax, 5% GST and $12 porterage.  Gratuities, Wi-Fi, and daily buffet breakfast are included.  Payment must be made in Canadian dollars.  Currently, the CAD exchange rate equates to $USD 225 single and USD $275 double.

Please note that there are only 5 twin rooms available. If you want to share a room, you will need to reserve early.

Day fee for those not staying at Four Seasons is $35 CAD per day.
