Refunds:
Full refund up until May 1, 2025
50% refund up until August 1, 2025
After August 1, no refunds given unless a replacement is found and then a 50% refund will be given provided the conference program has not been printed.
Full refunds will be given should the conference be cancelled at any time due to COVID or any other national disaster.
