This project has been a work of love from its beginning. Lucky enough to have met many chefs on several Irish cultural history research trips to Ireland for earlier books, The New Irish Table steeped and grew over several years as Leslie traveled the Irish countryside as writer, editor, book producer, food lover, and avid cook.
