REGISTRATION

CONFERENCE AND ACCOMMODATIONS* FEE:

    Early Bird (until January 15, 2016): $1445
    - includes conference fee, all meals, and four nights single room
    Early Bird (until January 15, 2016): $1172.50
    - includes conference fee, all meals, and shared room*
    After January 15: $1545 and $1272.50, respectively (depending on availability)
    Deposit only: $800
    Spouse/Guest: $800 (includes shared room and group breakfasts and dinners)
    DISCOUNT FOR PAST TC ATTENDEES: $100

    *If you are sharing a room with another attendee, you must list the name of that attendee on your registration form.

    *Deposit will be deducted from your final fee. Note: To get the early bird rate, you must pay in full by Jan 15, 2016. Deposit is $100% refundable before Jan. 15, 2016.

    *You must list the name of your spouse/guest on the registration form. This payment is due by January 15. Note: spouses attend group breakfasts and dinners, but no lunches and working breaks.

Registration Information, Terms & Conditions
Open to 40 professional travel writers who have published a minimum of three major magazine articles within the last 18 months. A list of publication credits must accompany the application, along with two qualifying clips (winners of the Travel Classics Writers Contest need not submit clips but must send a list of recently published articles).

Your deposit reserves your spot.

Because only 40 writers will be accepted, an $800 deposit must accompany the application. The deposit, which includes accommodations, is 100% refundable if the applicant is not accepted, and acceptance will be determined two weeks after receipt of application. If for any reason an applicant decides not to attend the conference, the deposit will be refunded in full up until January 15, 2016. Qualified wait-listed attendees will receive priority for the next Writers Conference.

Conference & Accommodations Fee (combined):

The conference/accommodations fee is $1545 ($1445 early bird rate). An $800 deposit (includes hotel and conference), must accompany your application. This deposit will be deducted from the conference/accommodations fee. (Please note: Attendee and guest payments are due in full by March 1, 2016 or the applicant's registration is void. For those receiving the early bird discount, the entire early bird fee of $1445 is due by January 15, 2016, or the regular fee will apply.) Returning Travel Classics Writers Conference attendees receive a $100 discount on the conference fee.
