    ACCOMMODATIONS FEE: Media rate per night, single or double:
    $275 CAD (about $215 USD)


Rosewood Hotel Georgia:
Breakfast is included in the media rate, Oct. 9-11 only. Media rate is good three days before and three days after conference and includes complimentary WIFI. A 16.5% tax and optional gratuities are NOT included in the media rate.

Open to 40 professional travel writers who have published a minimum of three major magazine articles within the last 18 months. A list of publication credits must accompany the application, along with two qualifying clips (winners of the Travel Classics Writers Contest need not submit clips but must send a list of recently published articles).

Your deposit reserves your spot.

Because only 40 writers will be accepted, a $400 deposit must accompany the application. The deposit is 100% refundable if the applicant is not accepted, and acceptance will be determined two weeks after receipt of application. If for any reason an applicant decides not to attend the conference, the deposit will be refunded in full up until July 1, 2015. Qualified wait-listed attendees will receive priority for the next Writers Conference.

Conference Fee:

The conference fee is $750 ($650 early bird rate). A $400 deposit, which will be deducted from your conference fee, must accompany your application. (Please note: Attendee and guest payments are due in full by July 15, 2015 or the applicant's registration is void. For those receiving the early bird discount, the entire early bird fee of $650 is due by July 1, 2015, or the regular fee will apply.) Returning Travel Classics Writers Conference attendees receive a $250 discount on the conference fee.

Accommodations Fee:

Accepted attendees will be given a link where they can register on line with the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. A one night deposit is required at the time of registration. The hotel deposit is 100% refundable up until 7 days prior to arrival.
