We-Ko-Pa Golf Club
We-Ko-Pa Golf Club is an award-winning golf facility that consists of the original 18 holes, the Cholla course, and a second 18 holes, the Saguaro course. The courses are ranked as #1 and #2 in Arizona, with the Saguaro course also being ranked by Golfweek panelists as one of the "Top 100 Modern Courses" in America for 2008. Designers Scott Miller and Bill Coore/Ben Crenshaw created the masterpiece courses with multiple tee boxes for the enjoyment of all player types. In addition to the two 18-hole courses, there is a large practice facility and a full-service clubhouse. We-Ko-Pa Golf Club was developed and is owned by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. Located just east of Fountain Hills, the course is located on land that will never be used for residential or commercial development, yielding dramatic views of the Sonoran desert and the surrounding mountains.
